That special time of year...

I'm testing a blogging entry on my website using Movabletype. Let's see if this works.

Have you seen Tank Girl. It's weird but at the same time very creative. It's based off a comic book, although I have never read the comic book. The film is a mixture of Sci-Fi, musical, and action. The dialong can be cheesy at times but it's fun overall.

Do you prefer to host your own blog site or to have a 360.yahoo.com blogging site? I don't mind which way as long as I can find a way to have fun sharing my thoughts.

Browsed through the latest Wired and read an interview of George Lucas and Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith. I saw the trailer for this and again, it looks absolutely amazing, although I'm a little worried about the story. Typically I have been led down by SWI, SWII's eye-candy with the story being in the back seat. Someone once summed up that Episode 1 and 2 were nothing but one big chase sequence.

This movie has to absolutely do so well that everyone walking out of the movie theater will feel that it's worth their wait and money. How important is this movie? Star Wars created a mythology for everyone, became a cultural icon, and made it cool to be geeky while carrying a light-saber. Basically this movie better makes me want to run to a toy store to grab a lightsaber. I'll be very disapointed if I don't.

I'm all for hosting your own blog - total customization is key. Although my one huge complaint is I get spammed alot. So i have to install all these add-ons to prevent spam attacks.
